Notable Metrist-Reported Downtime

While these outages didn’t make the news, these issues caught by Metrist may have affected your company’s app and operations. 

 

AWS

  • AWS RDS (MySQL). On 27th February, CreateInstance was not responding from US East 1 for 40 minutes.

 

Azure

  • Azure AKS. On 28th February, CreateCluster was not responding from Azure East US for 1 hour and 55 minutes.
  • Azure DevOps Pipelines. On 3rd March, Time to complete Machine Workflow was not responding from Azure Central US for 2 hours and 45 minutes.
  • Azure Cosmos DB. On 4th and 5th March, CreateContainer was not responding from Azure Central US for 22 minutes, and CreateCosmosAccount was not responding from Azure Central US for 22 minutes.

 

GCP

  • GCP App Engine. On 28th February, MigrateTraffic was not responding from GCP US Central 1 for 10 minutes.

 

Saas/Other

  • Asana. On 28th February, Ping was not responding from CA Central 1 for 57 minutes.
  • New Relic. On 28th February, OpenSyntheticsUI was currently responding from US West 2 for 1 hour and 46 minutes. On 1st March, OpenSyntheticsUI was currently responding from US West 2 for 2 hours and 30 minutes, for 1 hour and 44 minutes, for 7 hours and 29 minutes, for 2 hours and 5 minutes, and for 5 hours and 50 minutes. On 2nd March, OpenSyntheticsUI was currently responding from US West 2 for 10 minutes, for 1 hour and 10 minutes, for 6 hours and 10 minutes, for 2 hours and 16 minutes, for 2 hours and 10 minutes, for 1 hour and 45 minutes, for 2 hours and 15 minutes, and for 1 hour and 25 minutes. On 3rd March, OpenSyntheticsUI was currently responding from US West 2 for 2 hours and 15 minutes, for 1 hour and 5 minutes, for 30 minutes, for 2 hours, and for 2 hours and 5 minutes. On 4th March, OpenSyntheticsUI was currently responding from US West 2 for 8 hours and 35 minutes. On 3rd and 4th March, OpenDashboardUI was not responding from US West 2 for 45 minutes, for 1 hour and 10 minutes, for 1 hour and 45 minutes, for 25 minutes, for 10 minutes, and for 2 hours and 15 minutes.
  • Zoom. On 2nd March, JoinCall was not responding from US West 2 for 13 minutes, and from CA Central 1 for 29 minutes. On 5th March, JoinCall was not responding from US West 2 for 48 minutes, and from CA Central 1 for 33 minutes.
